Our letting department specialises in letting partly and fully furnished properties to expats. We would be happy to discuss letting possibilities and to introduce reliable tenants to you.

Our letting services include:

• the first inspection of the property and advice on the rentability and the rental price
• determining ways to present the property (including floor plans and professional photos)
• maximum exposure online (funda.nl, pararius.nl etc.) and on social media (Facebook etc.)
• arranging and supervising viewings and feedback afterwards
• screening of prospective tenants
• drawing up a tenancy agreement for temporary letting
• carrying out an inspection, the key transfer and drawing up the property condition report.
