Our agency has its own professional Rental Department which is orientated in particular towards rentals on behalf of international enterprises, commissions and institutions, for example Shell, Europol, Tribunals and all embassies.
In addition to 'private housing', we specialise particularly in (small) commercial real estate such as shops, garages, smaller offices and workshops.
Valuations can be made on behalf of private individuals and/or financial institutions. As required, these may be purchase, urgent or 'façade' valuations.
